 I wanted to do something special for our 30th wedding anniversary. I took my stones to John to get some ideas. After 1- week he had a wax mold ready for me to look at. I gave the approval to move forward - and in 1 week I had a newly designed wedding ring. During this time I had discussions wth Kristina regarding the design - she really helped giving me an over view of what the final ring would look like.  Perhaps my husband and I are the longest-distance customers. We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from John and Naomi and not only love them ourselves, but get compliments on them all the time. The quality, service and price cannot be beat.  WOW! I just can't stop now that I have started! I found out that I can't afford the Department Store or Mall Jeweler. I have taken items in for repair and have had 3 different custom pieces made this year. First was a necklace with a sliding chain and diamonds, then another custom diamond necklace I gave as a gift to my sister and finally a copy of my monogram ring for our daughter.  Diamonds Direct was the first and last place we looked for our wedding rings. It was a laid back and comfortable experience for us. We were able to find unique and beautiful rings within our budget.  During my search for an engagement ring, I visited every main-line jewelry store that I could think of in the area. I also visited multiple local stores. In all, I probably visited 10-12 stores total. I had a specific style of setting that I desired and a very specific maximum price range, which was not much. Every store that I visited did not have very many ring settings that I was interested in. If they did have something of interest, the price was usually significantly inflated and therefore out of my price range. If it was in my price range, it came with a diamond of very low quality. The moment I walked into the showroom of Diamonds Direct I knew that somehow this store was different. There is a unique ambiance there. You just have to experience it for yourself to know what I mean. Long story short, I went into the store with a picture of my favorite ring that I could not afford, which I found on the website of another store. I showed the picture of the ring to the sales person so that she would know what style setting I was looking for. What was most exciting was that the ring was not only affordable, the center diamond that I chose was colorless and a vvs2 in clarity…. It had quality! Diamonds Direct charged me half the cost that I would have paid for the same ring setting, with the same quality and size of diamond at the other store!!! If that was not enough, at Diamonds Direct the lifetime warranty was free and they do not charge for sizing the ring or mounting the diamond! I recommend Diamonds Direct to all of my friends, family, and to anyone who is looking to purchase any kind of jewelry. Whether your budget is 500 dollars or 50,000 plus dollars, Diamonds Direct has something for you and they will work with you to meet your exact need. I will not be shopping anywhere else for anything jewelry related.
