10 day unconditional return allowed except on special order/custom made items.
Exchange/Upgrade Policy
Diamonds Direct will allow customers to exchange items they have purchased through us. The price they paid for the item being exchanged will be credited to the new purchase. This does not necessarily apply to damaged items being exchanged/upgraded.
Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment. Shipment rate is based on Price. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the "Delivery Information" page during you order process, before you submit your order.
