The appraisals are done in the store by our experienced staff, including a Graduate Gemologist of the GIA. All we ask is that customers make an appointment with us and bring any existing paperwork that they might have on the item. We offer a onetime, complimentary single item appraisal per household, for customers who have not had our appraisal services before. We are happy to help our customers repair or gain knowledge on estate and new items of jewelry.

Other Jewelers charge $129. We only charge $45 per item. For more complex items the charge is $150 per hour.

Diamonds Direct offers hand engraving services by John Sorich IV who was trained by Master Artisans in Italy and Belgium. Customize your jewelry by adding a date, name, or special message.
